Ways to say...

A week or so ago I came up with the idea of the male character trying to tell the girl he loves her in quirky ways. I came up with the alphabet spaghetti idea. However, I still needed to come up for other ways for the park and kitchen scenes. I  have now come up with an idea for the kitchen scene which I believe will be equally as quirky:

Park Scene: ?

Living Room Scene: Alphabet Spaghetti

1. The boy is seen entering the room with a two plates
2. Whilst the couple are sitting down the girl looks at the boy oddly  whilst he seems to be playing with the letters (spelling out "I love you" through jump cuts)
3. The boy sits up again and they start watching TV
4. The girl looks at the boy, and glances at the plate, seemingly asking what he was doing
5. He then nervously passes her the plate but before she can see it drops it all over her, leaving her annoyed (this is the drawn shot at the end of the scene)

Kitchen Scene: Washing-up Liquid

1. The boy and girl are washing up, messing around and splashing each other
2. The boy squirts washing-up liquid onto a dirty plate with "I <3 you"
3. He hesitates about whether to give the plate to her or not, but she mistakes it for him passing  her the plate to wash up
4. As she takes the plate the boy panics and struggles, snatching it off of her nervously 
5. The girl is unimpressed and embarrassed by this (this is the drawn shot at the end of the scene
